I just wanted to say thank you to your staff as they have been absolutely incredible this week and our service couldn't have managed without them. The mother of one of our young people was admitted to hospital earlier this week and there was no one within the family or friends network in a position to care for her. I just wanted to pass my thanks on your staff and your organisation for supporting the young person and her mother during this difficult time, it is hugely appreciated. 

I am a social worker with Hackney Disabled Children's Service. I am writing to express my appreciation and gratitude for all the support I have received GPL. I have worked with Disabled Children's Service for 10 years and throughout my time with the service I have always been able to contact you in a crisis your care managers sort care support for my clients no matter how difficult the situation is. I just wanted to let you know about the hard work you are doing and my absolute satisfaction with the service you have provided.

I could have never imagined that I would be provided with such a professional and dedicated team of carers. Each and every one of Goldsmith Personnel carers who has been coming to the house to attend to my needs, have done so with such a bright, cheerful attitude that they have always succeeded in brightening my day. I want to stress the fact that it has not just been one or two carers but the WHOLE TEAM of carers.

My dad wants you to know how much he appreciates all of these warm kind, cheerful professionals who have been allocated the task of caring for him over these past weeks: ‘they are marvellous people’, he said and I wholeheartedly agree. 

I am grateful for the level of support that all the carers GPL sends to support my children. They always go beyond their duty to provide the extra support and care that my children need without being asked every time. Thank you for sending these amazing carers to us.

As a parent I would like you to know that I am happy with the service that my son is receiving from Goldsmith Personnel.
